Join the NYCPS Social Studies and Civics team in partnership with The Paley Center for Media to explore the way to incorporate the use of film and media into the social studies classroom. This session will look at some of the most critically acclaimed and highest grossing movies of all time. Participants will explore models of instruction and make connections to Passport to Social Studies and Hidden Voices. Everyone will walk away with a tool kits of resources for immediate classroom use
