Join the Department of Social Studies and Civics at the Jack Kirby Museum pop up to explore the stupendous story of the origins of comic books in the United States and the quintessential role that Jewish Americans played in the creation of the medium with a focus on JACK KIRBY! This all-day professional learning conference will provide specific workshops on teaching with comics and a panel on the legacy of Jack Kirby in American comics.

Participants will also receive Civics for All comics and resources to support teaching social studies and civics with comics!
