Upcoming Unpacking the Civics for All Curriculum

Join the Department of Social Studies and Civics at the Tenement Museum for a full day session serving as an introduction to the Civics for All initiative for any teacher looking to utilize the NYCPS created curricular resources. Participants will explore the program design and components of the Civics for All curriculum, as well as consider opportunities for successfully integrating Civics for All into their classroom and school culture. Participants will also tour the Tenement Museum Exhibit “Tenement Women” and learn about resources and program opportunities for students. Participants will leave the session with ready to use resources and materials for civics and social studies instruction.

Please note: Lunch will be provided. Participants should bring their laptops.
