Whether you have little experience working with LGBTQ+ youth or have mounds of it, cultivating schools that affirm and sustain student’s identities, cultures, and communities is central to student safety, wellbeing, and academic flourishing. Join WNET, PFLAG, the Office of Safety and Youth Development and the Dept. of Social Studies and Civics in a full day in-person workshop at WNET (825 8th Ave, between 49 and 50 streets. The entrance is in the back of the building facing 9th Avenue) on June 6, 2024 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
