With the 20th anniversary of the attacks of 911 approaching join the National September 11 Memorial and the NYCDOE Social Studies Department for a very special event. This workshop will include the exploration of digital educator resources with interactive demonstrations and discussions, and a virtual tour of the museum. Educators will have the opportunity to focus on digital resources and opportunities to support teaching difficult content no matter what classrooms look like now or in the fall. There will also be an opportunity to preview the Anniversary in the Schools webinar program for fall.
